Cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB) is a naturally-derived surfactant that is sourced from coconut oil. Slightly yellow in appearance, this sticky liquid has a slightly “fatty” odor.  It is a liquid used as an emulsifier and surfactant, which creates glorious bubbles in bath bombs, body wash, solid shampoo, bubble bath and more! It is stable at a wide range of pH values and is compatible with many ingredients. Similar to, in action, but not identical to Coco Betaine.
