This base is the emulsified sugar scrub that I sell in my bath and body business. When you add your own fragrance, cosmetic micas, and packaging, it will be ready for sale. You can add botanicals, clays, whatever you like add coffee grounds for a coffee scrub! For this base I use Germall Plus liquid. Directions for whipping into the finished product will be included with the scrub base. This base is a 1:1 ready-to jar scrub once your fragrance and desired colorant is added.
 
Preservative is already incorporated at 1% of the finished product. I use Germall Plus in my scrubs. If you prefer Optiphen Plus please send a message and we will arrange the details.
 
Ingredients for your label: Refined Sugar, MCT, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Emulsifying Wax NF (cetearyl alcohol and polysorbate 60), Stearic Acid, Jojoba Oil, Fragrance (@3-5%...check IFRA), Beeswax, Preservative (Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate), cosmetic micas (**fill in actual mica ingredients here**).
