This base makes the emulsified sugar scrub base that I sell in my bath and body business when you add your own refined sugar, fragrance, and cosmetic micas. You choose fragrance or essential oils, botanicals, micas, etc. For this base I use Germall Plus liquid. Directions for whipping into the finished product will be included with the scrub base. One lb scrub base makes 3 lb finished scrub when sugar, fragrance and micas are added.
 
I recommend preservative because the scrub will most likely be exposed to water, making preservative necessary. Preservative is already incorporated at 1% of the finished product.
 
Ingredients for your label: Refined Sugar, MCT, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Emulsifying Wax NF (cetearyl alcohol and polysorbate 60), Stearic Acid, Jojoba Oil, Fragrance (@3-5%...check IFRA), Beeswax, Preservative (Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate), cosmetic micas (**fill in actual mica ingredients here**).
